Childcare at the Y
At the YMCA, we know that bricks are used to create walkways and buildings, but soon you will have a chance to go "BEYOND BRICKS" and help us strengthen our community and solidify your legacy at the Randolph Area YMCA. We are kicking off our "Beyond Bricks" Campaign to help raise funds to eliminate our capital building debt. Community members will soon have the opportunity to purchase and design bricks that will be laid along the front entryway of the YMCA.
As of November 2012, the YMCA had a capital building debt balance of approximately $663,000. During the 2014 fiscal year, the YMCA ran a Building Debt Reduction Campaign. With gracious support from donors during the campaign, we were able to knock out a lot of the capital debt. As of February of 2017, our balance is down to about $130,000. We are asking for your help in finally wiping out our capital building debt. Our goal is to raise the $130,000 and eliminate the debt. When that happens, the YMCA will be able to put more money back into our facility, programs, and services as well as be eligible for more grants to assist the YMCA with funding. The Randolph Area YMCA greatly appreciates your support and consideration in purchasing a brick to help reach our goal.
Brick purchasers will receive an 8"x 5"x 4" brick for $150. Purchasers are allowed up to 4 lines of 13 characters per line on their brick. Each character will be 3/4" in height.
