Can I Rent Areas of the Y?

The Y is available for rental for birthday parties, youth gatherings, lock-ins, meetings and business events. Contact our Welcome Center for special pricing.

Swimming Pool- 

$70/hour Member Rate
$80/hour Program Member Rate

Pool Parties with children age 7 and under require additional adult supervision in the water, 10 or more children require 4 Adults plus Lifeguard, more than 20 swimmers require 2 Lifeguards plus 8 adults – additional fees required for additional lifeguard(s).

Multi-purpose Room-

$50/2 hour Member Rate 
$60/2 hour Program Member

Gymnasium (1/2 Gym)-

$50/hour Member Rate 
$60/hour Program Member

Full Facility After Hours (Lock In)

$350

Please submit the following with an application from our Welcome Center:

• $100 Deposit (NON REFUNDABLE, DUE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION, WILL BE RETURNED IF FACILITY IS PROPERLY CLEANED).

• Certificate of Insurance

The Randolph Area YMCA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any application for the use of any part of the YMCA facility. Balance of fees will be due one week prior to the event date.
