Personal Training

All information for Personal Training can be obtained by visiting our Welcome Center during hours of operation. This is your first step towards becoming a healthier YOU!

After checking out our personal training package options, we will have you fill out the information packet to return to us. When we get that back, we will connect you with one of our personal trainers.

All personal training is based on availability.

All new clients must complete the Bronze Level package before purchasing any higher level package.

  • Initial Meeting: 30-minute meeting with your trainer to briefly discuss Lifestyle and Health-History Questionnaire as well as Par-Q+. All personal training sessions will be scheduled at this meeting. You will also have your first InBody Scan and receive a printed results sheet.


  • TWENTY-FOUR 60-Minute Sessions: 3 sessions per week for 8 weeks. During each session, you will spend the time 1-on-1 with your personal trainer performing the planned workout and strategizing to achieve your fitness goals.


  • FOUR InBody 570 Body Composition Analysis Scans: Your scans will take place during your consultations. After each scan, you will receive a printout. You can also view your results and track your progress through the InBody app.


  • EIGHT 30-Minute Consultations: These consultations will occur weekly during the 8 weeks. The purpose is to continue the conversations had during the sessions and discuss in detail your progress, as well as provide nutrition planning information (if certified) and take-home workouts for between sessions. Don’t be afraid, but you might also have homework!
